One more technical back-up from Team CIAP. Received the inquiry saying the BT motor drawing high current. Team on board and went and inspected the same. Checked electrical system and found all in order. In the mechanical system found that spider coupling was damaged and no proper transmission taken place by the coupling. Same informed ship staff and concluded the issue raises because of the missing spider coupling. Recommended ship staff to check the gear box and the alignment.​
