Vessel No 1 Thermal Oil boiler was not able to startup. CIAP service team boarded the vessel which was anchored for said work in Galle. Soon after the information gathered from ship personal CIAP Engineers attended and traced the issues existing on Fuel oil thermostat, Tracing heating. Same rectified and showed proper operation for the ship staff before getting down the vessel.  Great troubleshooting within a short period of time. Thumbs up team CIAP.
