Location: CIAP Work Shop

 

Vehicle admitted to the workshop with Sevier oil leaks and rising coolant temperature in the engine system. CIAP professionals looked into the issue and rectified all oil leaks from Engine cover gaskets, Vacuum pump, Oil transmitter and several others as well. Noticed that temperature thermostat was stuck and not functioning properly. Pressure tank was not filled with water and created gas pockets in the cooling system. Same noticed by our personal and solve the issue immediately. Same Noticed that cooling fan was not up to rated RPM when the engine was running at high speed. Same rectified by replacing the fan clutch with a new one. The vehicle tested and found running well and parameters well within the range.
