The vessel Boiler was not in operational condition when she reaches the yard. Major re-structuring done by yard and end of their work CIAP began their troubleshooting. After two days of heavy troubleshooting able to rectify plenty of issues with the Ignition system, Fuel oil valves feed back system, FD fan IP converter issues, Wrong connection given to the control circuit and arranged complete panel as per the manual. Boiler modulation was not working and the same was ratified. All alarms and trips were tested and showed to ship staff and pressurized the boiler. Only Blower was not starting AUTO But the sequence after that ran in completely auto mode. Due to limited time had to offer the boiler to ship personal with 90% completed work.
