The boiler was: The complete Boiler system was out of order, None of the Boilers in the operational stage. System crashed, ships crew unable to operate the same in any mode.

Highly professional work by CIAP Engineers to bring both boilers in operational condition. Controls troubleshooting done including power panels and local panels. PLC trouble rectification is done by E Gravity solutions and communication trouble took care. Rest all issues rectified and put the boiler into an operational condition in all the modes. As per ship staff, the composite boiler was not in operation for a few months, same issued addressed by CIAP professionals and issues rectified with controls, capacitive type water level transmitter and servo motor.

Auxiliary boiler issues with controls, airflow transmitter rectified and put both boilers into proper working order.
