Work offered to Team CIAP since vessel was facing issues with ships main engine Oil mist detector, OMD is very essential safety device for the main engine safety. It’s always monitoring the main engine high oil mist and taking necessary control measures if its detect higher density than usual.

As per the ships engineer’s information OMD was not coming to ready position and the suspicion was the control module. Team CIAP Boarded the vessel and complete health check been carried out of the system and noticed reduced vacuum in the system measuring head. Service Engineers tried to Increase the Vacuum by given regulating valve and noticed the regulating valve was not functioning at all. Team CIAP proposed the remedy for the ships staff since they didn’t have spares for the regulating valve and the other necessary spares. Team CIAP was able to address the issues and boarded the vessel as soon as inquiry offered to us. It is Team CIAP utmost target to reduce the downtime on any work and keep the customers in most comfortable Range while serving professionalism.
