When Team CIAP boarding the vessel, engine controls were only in emergency control. Issue discussed with ships Chief engineer and control trouble shooting commenced from service team. One service engineer and one technician joined the vessel checked bridge controls, ECR controls, emergency maneuvering stand PLC cards and the entire communication of the system found the issues with ECR control consol.
Team rectified the issues, and tried out complete system with proper control exchange and functions. Same handed over to ship staff with tested operation of the system.
