Vessel was at partial black out. No power from main switchboard to one side of the vessel. Bus ties was not closing, any attempt vessel experiencing Complete Blackout. Emergency generator also running full time, cant stop the emergency generator vessel experiencing complete black-out.

Team CIAP attended to the work on request of yard at anchorage, as first step troubleshoot the issue with the bus tie, bus tie breaker racked out with all safeties and system and done the trouble shooting. Noticed the issue with the Bus tie controller card and same rectified. Same racked in and tried out and able to power -up another half of the vessel.

Main issue with the emergency generator taking out from the Supply, complete trouble shooting carried out by CIAP experts for a prolong period and able to rectify the issues with Back-up system. System put back to normal, tried out cut-in of emergency generator in case of Black-out (Simulated) and system offered to ship engineers.
