Ships boiler was not operational in auto mode and additional switch provides to run FD fan externally, Job has been assign to us. 

Trouble shooting carried out and found the trouble after 4 days hard working time by CIAP professionals. Once done we have serviced complete boiler panel including all contractors, connections and all electrical equipment’s related to boiler. Since we found the trouble, completely removed additional switch provided. Boiler tested in emergency mode, Manual mode and auto mode. Boiler lightning up procedure carried out as per makers instruction.

All alarms trips tested in front of class surveyor and happy time to engine staff. We able to give big smile to Electrical officers face since we rectified prolong trouble which cause sever headache to ships staff. They can happily UNMAN engine room with out any doubt.
