Repeatedly we have highlighted the importance of the Comfort of the ship’s Crew. Sailing is always the hardest thing to involve specially as a crew member. Accommodation AC is one of the vital systems on board a vessel, which  keeps your seafarer comfortable where he will always be fresh in the following day morning or during duty.

Agent contacted us with the issue on board the Accommodation air conditioning system, which was not operational for weeks and the ship’s staff was not able to have their dream sleep for days. Team CIAP Promptly acknowledged the inquiry and was able to deploy a team at the earliest possible time with the newly supplied compressor from the vessel’s end. Unfortunately, the inlet and outlet compressor flanges were not matching with Isolation valves. Its not about giving up the job and be sticked to the proposed work, Team act beyond their scope and fabricated new intermediate flanges to the supplied compressor to match with isolation valves. System was serviced, flushed with nitrogen, pressure tested  and the system was commissioned after proper vacuuming of the system. Job was successfully completed by Team CIAP and its pleasure to acknowledge the happier sailors’ warm greeting towards job completion.
