We facilitate crew recruitment for middle east, Singapore and New Zealand based ship managements in alliance with their SMS regulations and international and local regulations. We also provide husbandry services to vessels managed by these companies. 

On top of crewing, we also conduct safety and training courses to enhance the quality and professionalism of the crew members and to train them to take maximum safety measurements at all the times. Due to the current pandemic, we also have broadened our scopes on distance training and familiarizing programs which we conduct online, with maximum interaction and effective engagement of the candidates. We also pay a special attention on giving them an in-depth understanding about the safety precautions that should be taken at the pandemic, in alliance with WHO/IMO guidelines.

CIAP provides experts and other facilities to conduct the safety programs, value-added courses and computer-based trainings of the other companies as well, upon their request.
